Societies are to be minimum 12 persons. A deposit of £100 is required to confirm your booking and reserve the tee times required. Full payment of all green fees and food must be made 1 week in advance of the date of play and no refunds will be given after this payment has been made.
In the event that your group increases in size, it may be that we cannot find further tee times, so please advise us as accurately as possible of your numbers, when making the initial booking.
In the event that your group reduces to less than 12, then £25 per person less than 12 will be taken from the deposit.
The proprietors, management, and staff of the club will not accept any responsibility or liability for loss of equipment and/or property, or injury sustained by your society, whether personal or caused to other people while at Thorney Park Golf Club.
