CONDITIONS OF PLAY

Please note that although restrictions have been lifted we ask that all golfers respect others rights to social distance and wear masks if they so wish.

Booking Format

• Tee times can be booked up to 7 days in advance, through this website.

Cancellation Policy

• Please note that all online bookings are non refundable except in exceptional circumstances such as course closure by us.

Booking Amendment – Changing your booked time to another time or date – Admin Green Fees

• In the event that you are not able to play in your booked time, we may consider the position and may move your booking to another like for like time within the next 7 days (subject to availability) for an admin fee of £5 per person.

Booking Amendment – Adding extra players to your tee time

• If you would like to add extra players to your booking please call us on 01895 422095. We can then add someone at the online rate or you can pay for them on the day at the non reduced rate.

Arrival at the Club

• Please report to the Pro Shop on arrival (the wearing of facemasks is optional)

Clubhouse

• The Clubhouse is Open in the normal way.

Food and Drink

• Food and drink is available in the Clubhouse.
• Food and drink can also be ordered on the 9^th tee where a sign has been placed with the phone number to call. You can collect your food and drink after playing the 9th

Pro Shop

• The Pro Shop is Open.
• Push trollies and electric trollies will be available to hire and will be sanitised between use.
• Buggies are also available to hire but should be pre booked by calling 01895 422095 to guarantee reservation (not available in the winter).
• The practice range is open.

Dress Code

• Please observe the dress code when playing golf on the premises
• Please wear golf shoes on the course (not trainers)
• Shorts must be tailored (not cargo multi pocket shorts or football/excercise shorts)
• Golf Trousers must be worn (not tracksuits or jeans)
• Collared golf shirts must be worn (no collarless tshirts, vests or football shirts)
• Please note that you will be asked to change your clothing prior to play should it not conform to the dress code. Please therefore ensure that you turn up in the correct clothing.
• If you are the person making the booking please ensure all your playing companions in your group are aware of the dress code before arrival. many thanks.

Dogs at the Golf Club

• Dogs are very welcome at Thorney Park Golf Club. Whilst on the premises please ensure that your dog is on a lead at all time. Many thanks.

Course Rangers

• Course rangers will be on the course to ensure rules are adhered to.
• Please be respectful towards them as they are there for your safety and the safety of our staff.
